To accompany its grill, nothing like a good bulgur tabbouleh based organic fine!
For a traditional tabbouleh very cool, add to the tomato, lemon, 1/2 cucumber, 2 tablespoons olive oil, green pepper, some basil and mint leaves.
Cut into small and then add the vegetables from all in a bowl with the bulgur, and leave at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
