Wheat is a staple food in many regions of the world, especially in North America and in the rest of the western hemisphere. Whole soft wheat is a basic ingrédient ideal for cooking many different recipes.
Organic soft wheat
Rinse the wheat, then place it in 3 times its volume of lightly-salted water. Slowly bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer and cook for 1 hour. Season to taste. Can be eaten as an accompaniment to your vegetable, meat or fish dishes – simply add a dash of olive oil and some lemon juice. It’s also delicious cold in salads. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
