The shells are small pasta very appreciated by children. Simply taste them with grated cheese, make gratins out of them. There are a multitude of recipes for this variety of pasta.

Conseils d'utilisation

Place the pasta in lightly-salted, boiling water and cook for 9-11 minutes. Drain and season to taste. Macaroni can be eaten with a simple drizzle of olive oil, herbs and spices. They can also be eaten in salads, in gratin, as a side dish to vegetables or with meat-based sauces. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
