White couscous is made from white durum wheat semolina and water. The resulting grains are pre-cooked and dried. The colour of white couscous varies from light yellow to creamy white.
Organic white durum wheat semolina, water
Pour one volume of couscous into a salad bowl then add the same volume of boiling water. Cover and leave to expand for 5 minutes. Fluff up the grains with a fork and season to taste. White couscous is a perfect base ingredient for creating a traditional couscous dish – simply add the vegetables, meat and spices of your choice. It's also great as a side dish to vegetables and for making tabbouleh. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
