Spelt is an ancient grain. Spelt couscous is made from spelt flour and water. The resulting grains are pre-cooked and dried. The colour of spelt couscous is brown.

Conseils d'utilisation

Pour one volume of couscous into a salad bowl then add the same volume of boiling water. Cover and leave to expand for 5 minutes. Fluff up the grains with a fork and season to taste. Spelt couscous is perfect for bringing a touch of originality to a traditional couscous dish – simply add the vegetables, meat and spices of your choice. It's also great as a side dish to vegetables and for making tabbouleh. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
