Place the pasta in lightly-salted, boiling water and cook for 7–9 minutes. Drain and season to taste. Macaroni can be eaten with a simple drizzle of olive oil, herbs and spices. They're also great in salads, in gratin or with a tomato sauce. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
