Shoyu differs from Tamari in its composition: Shoyu is made from fermented soybeans and wheat, Tamari is made from fermented soybeans.

Ingrédients

Water, whole soya beans* (30%), salt, whole wheat* (7%), alcohol (1-2% naturally formed due to fermentation)

Conseils d'utilisation

In salads, soups, cooked grains and vegetables. Use as a salt substitute for better flavor and reduce its consumption. Keep in cool and dark place. After openning, keep in fridge.
