Tamari sauce is a sauce of Japanese origin and is derived from the long fermentation of soybeans. It contains less salt than traditional soy sauce.


Water, whole soybeans*(42%), salt, alcohol (1-2% naturally formed due to fermentation)

Conseils d'utilisation

To season sushis, in wok, in sauces, vegetables dishes or with cereals. Keep in cool, dry and dark place. After openning, keep in fridge.
