Semolina is made from durum wheat grains. Fine whole durum wheat semolina can be used in different recipes such as semolina cakes, soup, couscous and pasta.
Organic whole grain durum wheat
Place 1 volume of semolina in a salad bowl and add 1 volume of boiling water. Cover and leave to expand for 5–7 minutes. You can also cook the semolina by simmering for 15 minutes over low heat. Fine whole durum wheat semolina is perfect for making semolina cakes, quenelles, gnocchi, pasta… Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
