Naturally gluten-free, fine maize semolina will be ideal for your recipes for patties, gnocchi or cornbread... It will also fit perfectly with your sweet recipes.
Place 1 volume of semolina in 3 times its volume of water. Bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 7–8 minutes, while continuing to stir. Leave to rest then adapt to your tastes. Fine maize semolina is perfect for your veggie burger, gnocchi and cornbread recipes. It also adapts well to use in sweet recipes. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
