Your data is collected by MARKAL.

Personal data means any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a name, an identification number or to one or more specific elements specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.

The personal information that may be collected on the MARKAL website is mainly used by the publisher to manage relations with you and, if necessary, to process your messages.

RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION AND DELETION OF YOUR DATA

All applications must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid, signed identity document and a reference to the address where the publisher can contact the applicant. A reply will be sent within one month of receipt of the application. This one-month deadline may be extended by two months if the complexity of the application and/or the number of applications so requires. Since the law N°2016-1321 of 7 October 2016, people who wish to do so, have the possibility to organise the fate of their data after their death.

USE OF THE DATA

The personal data collected on our site is used to reply to your messages. We may also use your data to meet our legal and/or regulatory obligations.
