Nori seaweed is a red algae that is dried and transformed into thin sheets, commonly used in Japanese cuisine, especially to wrap sushi or onigiri. Its texture is crunchy when dry and slightly elastic when wet. It has a subtle umami flavor with a hint of salt.

Tips for use
Spread cooked sushi rice seasoned with vinegar over the nori sheet. Add the fillings of your choice (cucumber, avocado, salmon, etc.). Gently roll the sheet, making sure to keep it tight. Cut into 6 even bite-sized pieces and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, or other seasonings according to your taste.
