These goji berries can be consumed as they are or after soaking overnight. The recommended daily intake of goji berries is between 20–30g (approximately one small handful), preferably consumed in the morning. Goji berries are great as a snack or when added to cereals, yoghurts, biscuits, muffins, etc… Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
