Vegetarian minced veg is a high-protein, high-fibre alternative to meat. Made without soya, it is made from sunflower seeds. Easy to prepare, it's perfect in all your recipes: sandwiches, curries or sauces.

Tips for use
About 20g of protein per person. Rehydrate in boiling water (10 times the volume) for at least 20 minutes. Drain and season. Cook over a high heat with a tablespoon of sunflower oil for 5 mins, then 10 mins over a low heat.
