Tips for use
Allow 125g of mashed potato flakes for 4 people. Bring ½ litre of water to the boil then remove from the heat. Add 250ml of cold milk then pour in the mashed potato flakes until a smooth consistency is reached. Let sit for one minute then gently stir with a spatula. Season to taste. These potato flakes are perfect for making mashed potato and can be served alongside ham, sausages or steak. They’re also delicious in more elaborate recipes, such as potato rösti or shepherd’s pie. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
