Béarnaise sauce is an emulsified sauce made from egg, shallot, tarragon and chervil, usually served with meats.

Tips for use

To accompany white meats, grills, fondues, topping certain fish… Store in a cool, dry and dark place. After opening, place in the refrigerator and use within 30 days.
