For seasonings, salad sauces and marinades. In accompagnement of fish, vegetables and meat. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place. Keep rather refriderated after opening. A slight sediment can be formed in an organic vinegar, it doesn't affect its quality. Vinegar isn't subject to the obligation of BBD.
