Tips for use

Soak the barley for 12 hours to reduce the cooking time. Immerse it in 4 times its volume of salted cold water. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 45 min. Pearl barley is eaten as an accompaniment (meat, fish or vegetables), gratin, soups. It will also be enjoyed cold in salads.
