Tips for use

Cook the pasta between 10 and 12 min in boiling salted water. Drain and season to taste. Italian advice: 10 min for Al dente pasta, 12 min for melting pasta. Penne is simply eaten with a dash of olive oil, herbs or spices. They are also eaten as a salad, gratin or as an accompaniment to meat in sauce. Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
