Quinoa a small round seed of whitish color, of the family Chénopodiacées (like beet or spinach). It is a seed rich in saponin (a bitter product that covers the seed). This seed is therefore washed after harvest to remove this substance, then dried, ventilated and sorted.

Tips for use
"Rinse the quinoa. Bring 2 volumes of water to a boil for 1 volume of quinoa. Pour the quinoa into the simmering water. Cover and cook for at least 15 minutes over low heat. It will be appreciated with all your hot dishes, stuffing, patties, pilaf or risotto style… It will also be delicious cold in salad or tabbouleh. Store in a cool, dry and dark place."
