Long white rice (Carnaroli variety), dehydrated stock (yeast extract, onion, carrot, celery, sunflower oil, salt), dehydrated onion, thyme, dehydrated mushrooms (bolets) (1,9%)

Tips for use

This risotto made from Carnaroli rice will be ideal as an accompaniment to vegetables, fish or meats in sauce. Bring 1L of water to a boil in a saucepan. In another, fry the contents of the bag with a drizzle of olive oil for a few minutes before adding a little hot water. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally and adding remaining water until all liquid is absorbed. Once finished, add butter or Parmesan cheese as you like. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
