Long grain rice is 3 time longer that wide (more than 6mm). It is light, 0 sticky and easily separates. Whole rice is a whole rice rid of its fibrous and ineable outer shell, the ball, but retains the germ and bran thant make it more nutritious than white rice.

Tips for use

Allow approximately 60g rice per person. Place the rice in a saucepan and cover generously with cold water. Bring to the boil then cook over a medium heat for 30–35 minutes. Drain and rinse. This rice can be eaten hot alongside your vegetable, meat, and fish dishes. It can also be consumed cold in salads. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
