Tips for use

Place 1 volume of ""wild"" rice mix in 3 to 4 volumes of lightly-salted, boiling water. Cook over a medium heat for 45–50 minutes, to your desired texture. Drain and rinse. This ""Wild"" Rice Mix is delicious when eaten hot alongside your vegetable, meat, and fish dishes. It can also be consumed cold in salads.
