Since 2000, the rice of Camargue is a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication). This sign of quality attests the origin of the product and the constancy of its level of quality. The long rice is a light rice, not sticky and whose grain separates easily. This white long rice of Camargue will adapt very well to your cooked rice dishes, in accompaniment of dishes in sauce. It will also be appreciated cold in salads.

Tips for use
Allow approximately 60g rice per person. Place the rice in a saucepan and cover generously with cold water. Bring to the boil then cook over a medium heat for 45 minutes. This rice can be eaten hot alongside your vegetable, meat, and fish dishes. It can also be consumed cold in salads. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
