Red rice is a red Thai rice and comes as brown rice. This rice owes its red color to the film of bran and it is the result of a spontaneous mutation, the fruit of the work of nature.

Tips for use
Allow approximately 60g rice per person. Place the rice in a saucepan and cover generously with cold water. Bring to the boil then cook over a medium heat for 25 minutes. Drain and rinse. Red rice will bring colour and originality to your meals. It be eaten hot alongside your vegetable, meat, and fish dishes or can also be consumed cold in salads. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
