The choice of the rice variety is essential to make sushi with a perfect firmness. Our special sushi rice will be ideal for making your sushi dishes. It is a soft, sticky rice that allows you to create easily sushi dumplings.

Tips for use
Rinse the rice in cold water, then drain. Place 1 volume of rice in 3 volumes of cold water. Bring to the boil then cook over a medium heat with the lid on for 11 minutes, until all the water has been absorbed. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Next, add some rice vinegar (1 tablespoon for every 100g of rice) and some sugar (1/2 tablespoon of sugar per 100 g of rice or 1 tablespoon for approximately 150 g). The rice can now be used in your preferred sushi recipes. Perfect for use in Asian dishes. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
