Buckwheat is traditionnally used for making soup or porridge in Russia and Poland. high in fiber Kasha is the hulled and toasted buckwheat grain. This preparation offers the advantage of giving a dish of seeds well separated and more pleasant than the original buckwheat.

Tips for use
Pour the buckwheat into a saucepan of lightly-salted, boiling water. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes. Hulled buckwheat can be eaten in veggie burgers, soup or porridge and can even be used to stuff vegetables. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
