Tips for use
To make 1 volume of polenta, bring 3 volumes of lightly-salted water to the boil. Add the semolina then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10–15 minutes, remembering to stir from time to time. Serve hot alongside vegetables, meat, a tomato sauce,… Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
