Tips for use

Place the pasta in lightly-salted, boiling water and cook for 12–14 minutes. Drain and season to taste. The Italian tip: 12 minutes for al dente pasta, 12 minutes for tender pasta. Penne pasta is delicious with just a drizzle of olive oil, some herbs and spices. You can also use it in salads, in gratin or with a meat-based sauce. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
