Blond cane sugar

The crystallized cane sugar, of golden blond color, is not refined. Its flavor is sweet (sweeter than brown sugar). Its light color is obtained by a filtration process, which extracts part of the molasses. It is thanks to the molasses remaining in the sugar that blond sugar has subtle flavors and a blond color.

With its fine beans with a sweet flavour and slightly fruity aromas, cane blond sugar adapts to many uses, to sweeten milky desserts, teas, coffees, chocolates and in pastries. It will also be ideal for making jams and fruit purée. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
