Put the almonds and dried figs in a bowl.Step 2
Cover with water and soak for 2 hours. After this time, drain the dried fruit.Step 3
In a blender, add 500 ml of water and the almonds and fresh dried figs previously washed and peeled. Blend the preparation into a smooth purée. Mix.Step 4
Using a fine strainer or sieve, filter the preparation into a container. Add the remaining water (500 ml).Step 5
Seal your container and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
