Preparation
Step 1First, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2Mash a ripe banana. In a mixing bowl, mix the mashed banana with 100 g of sugar.
Step 3Then melt the chocolate with the almond purée, peanut butter and calcium rice milk in a pan.
Step 4Line the bottom of a square tin
Step 5Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 6Then, in another mixing bowl, cream the margarine and 80 g of sugar. Mash a ½ banana and add it to the mixture.
Step 7Next, add the flour and baking powder to the mixture. Then after obtaining a smooth batter, add the sultanas.
Step 8Next, place this cookie dough on top of the brownie batter already in the tin.
Step 9Finally, bake for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool before removong from tin.

Suggestions:
This brookie can be made with other dried fruits, milk chocolate or even white chocolate. It is perfect as a snack, but it also makes a very nutritious breakfast.
This brookie is prepared with unrefined ingredients. It is therefore much more nutritious than a classic cake.
