Dark chocolate brookie with sultanas, vegan recipe!

Step 1

First, preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mash a ripe banana. In a mixing bowl, mix the mashed banana with 100 g of sugar.

Then melt the chocolate with the almond purée, peanut butter and calcium rice milk in a pan.

Line the bottom of a square tin

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Then, in another mixing bowl, cream the margarine and 80 g of sugar. Mash a ½ banana and add it to the mixture.

Step 7

Next, add the flour and baking powder to the mixture. Then after obtaining a smooth batter, add the sultanas.

Step 8

Next, place this cookie dough on top of the brownie batter already in the tin.

Step 9

Finally, bake for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool before removong from tin.
